Error, the concept of the exhibition we opened in 2010 as three artist-designers, is a series that started with the question of "what can be perceived as a mistake in jewelry?" In some rings of this collection, there is a socket for a stone that should be there but is thought to have fallen. In some, I interpreted the traditional pronged stone socket model in my own way. In these models, the prongs form the stone, but there is no stone there or a red garnet is stuck freely between these prongs.
In the Error collection, where I broke down the traditional formats of jewelry into their building blocks and reassembled them in my own way, I used 14 carat and 18 carat gold and 925 carat silver. These delicate, silent works that shout “I am different and I exist too” have a very big place in my heart.
